The Benefits of Solar Panels
Solar panels harness energy from sunlight to help you with your electrical costs, sometimes completely covering the electrical load in your home or business depending on your energy usage.
Any excess energy generated can be used towards heating hot water, charging an electric vehicle, charging storage batteries, or selling it back to the national grid via your electricity supplier.
What Can Solar Panels Do For You?
- Significantly reduce your reliance on the national grid, thereby lowering your annual electricity bills.
- Help you contribute to a greener environment by decreasing your carbon footprint.
- Heat your water via the incorporation of a solar diverter.
- Store surplus electricity with an optional storage battery and use it later.
- Contribute to improving your BER rating therefore increasing your home’s market value.
Phoenix Solar Systems are low-maintenance, easy to handle and increasingly affordable, especially with the introduction of the SEAI home energy grants and 0% VAT.
